We offer 30 days warranty against manufacturer defects. If you have received a defective product, we will replace the item or provide a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. 

NOTE: If you have purchased our product outside of MajesticPet.com, please contact the store from where you purchased the item for their return / exchange policy.

  • I have had the bed since March 2018 the bottom seam opened when I washed the cover. Would you replace the cover? Thanks

      Hi Dana,

      Unfortunately, we have a 30 day manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase for our product. However, we do sell replacement covers for our beds. Simply look for the bed on our site and on the product page, there will be an option for you to purchase a replacement cover.
